Kimdi Keys in stock sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged.
For missing or damaged items, please contact email@example.com within 3 business days of your item being delivered. Please include your Order Number and explain the issue with the product and send along photos of the damage if possible.
Any request submitted after the 3 business day grace period is not eligible for a Refund or Exchange.
If your request is approved, we will coordinate with you on the return process if the item needs to be returned, and will process your refund within 3 business days of the approval.
Due to the extended shipping times related to the pandemic, we will be keeping a close eye on shipments to make sure they are arriving at their destination. We do not have any control of your package once we drop it off at the carrier. Most of our orders arrive within 2-3 weeks at the latest. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of shipping, please contact us at Kimdikeys@gmail.com.

Will you do preorders for the Enthusiast Switch Tester once they sell out?
The Switch Tester is meant to be an in stock item. We will send out information about when the next drop will happen via our newsletter & our Discord Server.
Yes! Additional rates may apply when checking out, but we currently are able to ship internationally.
Kimdi Keys is not responsible for any customs or VAT fees that may apply to your shipment when arriving to your country. We will accurately report the value of our products and will not underestimate the value in order to lower the chance of fees.
